GENERAL
1. You are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information and distance sales contract, which are electronically prepared and presented to you through the website you are currently using.
2. Buyers are subject to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other related legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. The shipping fee for the product will be paid by the buyers.
4. The purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address of the device, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer's contract may be terminated.
5. In case the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days. The total fee must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
7. After the delivery of the product, if the credit card used by the buyer for payment is unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institutions, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense.
8. If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer's payment is cancelled; the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation.
9. Before receiving and inspecting the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer must ensure that they are not torn, stained, etc. If they fall into the category of damaged and worn goods, the buyer must protect the goods/services after delivery. It is mandatory to return the invoice with the product.
10. The buyer may withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without stating any reason, provided that the buyer notifies the seller through the following contact information within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must be returned with its transparent protective bag and original packaging/box, with the product label intact and hygiene strips not removed. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.
Please check the packaging where the damage was consumed during shipping, in front of the company official on the delivery document.
*** Damaged products for which no report has been kept will definitely not be returned.
For the product to be returned, it must be presented with the invoice. If the product loses its resalability and cannot be sold as another product, it will not be accepted for exchange and its price will not be refunded.
Your return will be approved and the amount will be paid to you as soon as possible.
